# Video Reports

> Current availability and launch requirements for planned first-party notebook video briefings.

## Current availability

  Video Reports are not currently generated or sold as part of the notebook product. High IQ does not use NotebookLM for customer notebooks.

Your readable, evidence-led notebook remains available without video. Historical video metadata is retained only for internal audit and is returned to the app as unavailable unless it has the exact approved first-party provider identity.

## What must happen before video launches

Video can launch only after High IQ owns and certifies the complete path:

* an evidence-first storyboard with claim-level source references;
* an approved first-party executor and private artifact storage;
* commercial rights, cannabis-policy, privacy, retention, moderation, and regional review;
* deterministic factual overlays that generated visuals cannot rewrite;
* measured quality, latency, reliability, retry behavior, and accepted cost;
* explicit per-format rollout and kill switches.

Until those gates pass, the app preserves the readable notebook and shows no broken or perpetual-generation video control.
