# Content Pillars

> The six content lanes every Professor High piece maps to. Keeps the feed balanced, purposeful, and never repetitive.

## The Six Pillars

Every show, episode, and post maps to exactly **one** of these six pillars. The percentages are target distribution across a typical week — not a hard rule, but a guardrail. If half the feed is Strain Intel and the other half is App Features, something is off.

| Pillar | Weight | What It Is |
| ---------------------------------------------------------------- | ------ | --------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| [Strain Intel](#1-strain-intel-30-percent) | 30% | Data-backed strain breakdowns from the 2,500+ strain database. |
| [Science Drops](#2-science-drops-20-percent) | 20% | Bite-sized cannabis science that builds Professor High's authority. |
| [Myth Busting](#3-myth-busting-15-percent) | 15% | Challenging misinformation with data. The pillar that drives shares. |
| [Lifestyle & Culture](#4-lifestyle-amp-culture-15-percent) | 15% | Cannabis in real life. Pairings, rituals, music, cooking, activities. |
| [Product & App Features](#5-product-amp-app-features-10-percent) | 10% | Showing what we built. Soft CTAs that demonstrate value. |
| [Community & Engagement](#6-community-amp-engagement-10-percent) | 10% | Two-way conversation. Polls, Q\&A, user stories, reactions. |

## Weekly Mix

A healthy week of content hits every pillar at least once and respects the 30/20/15/15/10/10 distribution. See the [Calendar](/social/strategy/calendar) for the day-by-day rhythm.

## Video Production Mapping

Use the [Video Production Pipeline](/social/video-pipeline) when a pillar needs a rendered TikTok, Reel, Short, demo, or long-form cut.

| Pillar | Default OpenMontage path | Notes |
