Overview

High IQ features a unified achievements system that tracks your cannabis journey across 10 distinct tracks. As you log orders, explore dispensaries, build your stash, and engage with the app, you earn achievements that grant XP, raise your level, and shape your Cannabis Identity — a personal title displayed on your profile. The system replaces the previous separate badges and achievements tabs with a single, cohesive experience. Every achievement has a clear goal, a progress bar, and a rarity tier so you always know what you are working toward and how close you are.
Achievements have their own dedicated screens in the app — the Achievements Hub for browsing your full collection and Achievement Detail for diving into individual achievements. You can access them from your profile or the home screen.

Your Cannabis Identity

Your Cannabis Identity is the public-facing summary of your achievements journey, displayed at the top of your profile.

Identity Titles

Your title is automatically derived from the achievement track where you have earned the most XP. As you progress, your title evolves to reflect your dominant area of expertise:

Your title updates automatically as you earn achievements. If you shift focus from collecting strains to exploring dispensaries, your title will change to reflect your new dominant track.

Level System

Achievements grant XP that contribute to your overall level. The level system caps at Level 25 and is displayed as a badge on your profile avatar.
  • Levels 1-5 — Newcomer range. Earned through basic milestones like first orders and initial strain collection.
  • Levels 6-12 — Intermediate range. Requires consistent engagement across multiple tracks.
  • Levels 13-20 — Advanced range. Demands dedication to several tracks at Rare and Epic tiers.
  • Levels 21-25 — Expert range. Reserved for users who have achieved Legendary status in multiple tracks.
Your level badge and a completion ring around your avatar provide a visual indicator of your overall progress.

There are 10 achievement tracks with 4 tiers each, totaling 40 achievements. Each tier requires progressively more effort and awards a higher rarity.

Rarity System

Every achievement belongs to one of four rarity tiers. Higher rarities require significantly more effort and are visually distinct in the app.

EpicGreenSignificant dedication. Typically requires months of active use across multiple features.
LegendaryGoldThe hardest achievements to earn. Represents mastery of a track and exceptional commitment.
Rarity tiers directly correspond to the four tiers within each track. Tier 1 is always Common, Tier 2 is Rare, Tier 3 is Epic, and Tier 4 is Legendary.
You can pin up to 5 achievements to your profile to showcase your proudest accomplishments. Featured achievements appear in the “Featured Achievements” section on your Cannabis Identity profile, visible to you whenever you visit the You tab.

Open Your Profile

Navigate to the You tab to see your Cannabis Identity profile.

Tap Featured Achievements

Scroll to the Featured Achievements section and tap Edit or tap an empty slot.

Select Achievements

Browse your earned achievements and tap to pin them. You can pin up to 5.

Reorder

Drag and drop to arrange your featured achievements in your preferred order.
Only earned achievements can be pinned. As you unlock new achievements, swap them in to keep your profile fresh.

Active Quests

The Active Quests section on your profile highlights the achievements you are closest to unlocking. The app automatically surfaces achievements where you have reached 80% or more of the requirement, so you always know what to focus on next. Each quest card shows:
  • The achievement name and track
  • Your current progress (e.g., “28 / 35 unique strains”)
  • A progress bar with percentage
  • The rarity tier you will earn upon completion
Active quests update in real-time. Every order, stash entry, or favorite you add is immediately reflected in your quest progress.

Celebrations

When you unlock an achievement, High IQ celebrates your accomplishment with visual and haptic feedback. The celebration style adapts to how many achievements you unlock at once:

All celebrations include haptic feedback and are designed to feel rewarding without interrupting your workflow.

Progress Nudges

High IQ proactively helps you discover achievements you are close to earning through two nudge mechanisms:

Contextual Nudges

After completing relevant actions (adding an order, favoriting a strain, visiting a new dispensary), the app may display a brief nudge if that action brought you within striking distance of an achievement. For example, after favoriting your 14th strain, you might see: “Just 1 more favorite to earn Collection Curator — Rare!”

Home Screen Card

The home dashboard includes an Achievement Nudge Card that displays your nearest achievement goal (any achievement at 80%+ progress). The card shows the achievement name, your progress, and a tap target to view details.

Tips

Gmail imports and receipt uploads can accelerate multiple tracks at once. A single large import may progress Core Collection, Spending Milestones, Order Milestones, and Dispensary Explorer simultaneously.
Streak-based tracks (Activity Streaks, Daily Stories) require consistent daily engagement and cannot be boosted by bulk imports. Plan to check in daily if you are targeting these achievements.
Focus on your weakest tracks if you want to level up quickly. XP is earned from each achievement, so diversifying across tracks is more efficient than maxing out a single one.
Check Active Quests regularly to see what you are closest to earning. Sometimes a single action — like visiting one more dispensary or adding one more favorite — is all it takes to unlock the next tier.
