What This Section Is

Everything needed to run Professor High as a TikTok-first video brand: the researched strategy, the character spec, 172 shootable scripts with copy-paste prompts, and the system for measuring what works. This page is the map. Nothing else needs to be read in order.

The System

Read This First

If you only read four pages, read these — in this order.
1

Compliance

What TikTok actually allows. The current guidelines contain an explicit “Fiction or art” allowance that most cannabis-marketing advice still misses. This is what makes an animated series viable.
2

Landscape

Who is actually winning in cannabis on TikTok, at what scale, doing what — plus partnership targets with live links.
3

Mascot Playbook

Why a character is the highest-leverage asset here, and the operating spec for running one as a series.
4

The 100 — Test Design

How the slate is structured as an experiment — four arms, fourteen formats, five controlled pairs, and the rules for what gets killed and what gets funded.
Previously this step pointed at The Comedy Engine. It is still the growth bet and still worth reading — but the test design now explains why it is one bet among fourteen, which is the more useful thing to read fourth.

Where Everything Lives

Research — why we do it this way

Foundation — who Professor High is

The 100 — the designed test slate

One hundred scripts built as an experiment rather than a content dump. Every format is lifted from something documented in the teardowns; the invention is the arrangement.

The original slate — 72 episodes

Plus the Hook Library279 hooks across 10 families, each with an ID so performance is traceable.

Show Concepts

The Show Bible holds 55 documented show concepts. Twelve are scripted; the rest are the backlog.

The Production Loop

Two steps are non-negotiable. Apply the AIGC label — undisclosed AI runs a four-step path to a permanent ban. Log the row before posting — a video posted without a log row is a wasted test.

Current Status

Comedy leads 97 to 60 and 136 of 172 scripts now run at 30 seconds or under — 125 in the 15-30s money zone, plus 11 shorter than that from the cheap packs. The education packs still run long deliberately: they use education grammar, where 30-60s is correct.
Nothing here has been tested against a real audience. Every recommendation is drawn from external research and platform data. The first 40 videos are the experiment that replaces assumption with evidence — that is what the Testing Framework exists to capture.

The Strategy In One Diagram

The arbitrage: comedy carries the growth, the database carries the credibility, and an animated character carries a policy latitude that a person filming themselves does not have.

Research Conflicts — Resolved

The video teardowns surfaced four conflicts with the original scripts. All four have been acted on. Also added from the research:
