Arm 1 — Reach. Optimised for comments and shares. Test design: The 100. Character: Character Config.

Why This Pack Exists

Two separate findings in the teardowns point at the same missing pack. Pattern 7 — paranoia converts into confession:
The comment sections under the anxiety videos are people admitting they quit over it. Name a private, slightly shameful cannabis feeling and the comments run themselves.
The “Weed Makes You Scared” format — roughly 461K likes accumulated over seven years, a curve almost nothing else in the dataset matches:
It is the counter-narrative to “weed is chill,” which makes it honest — and honesty about a downside reads as insider credibility rather than anti-drug messaging.
And the note the docs already flag as an open gap:
This is where the product value actually lives. A character that only ever depicts the good outcome is an ad. A character that acknowledges paranoia, couch-lock, and overdoing it is a friend. WRH-003 already does this straight. The comedy version is missing from the library.
This pack is that missing version.

The Rule That Makes It Work

Professor High is never the adult in the room here. In every other pack he is the one who knows better. In this one he is the one who has been there, and the correction is chemistry, not character. The instant this pack reads as a warning, it becomes anti-drug messaging and the audience leaves. The register is a friend saying “yeah, that happens to me too, and here is what is actually going on.”

The Naming Mechanic

Every episode names one feeling. That name is the comment engine — it gives people a thing to claim, and the teardowns are unambiguous that claimable labels are the difference between 52 comments and 16,900.

PAR-001 — The Audit

Hooks Script Caption
The Audit: the total certainty that everyone in the room has noticed, while you sit completely motionless in order to appear normal. Nobody has looked at you in nine minutes. This happens to almost everyone and it has a chemistry behind it, not a character flaw. Have you had the Audit? Comments. This is why I’m high → thisiswhyimhigh.com

PAR-002 — The Cardiologist

Hooks Script Caption
The Cardiologist: taking your own pulse repeatedly, with total medical seriousness, at eleven at night. A faster heart rate is a known short-term effect. Knowing that does not help in the moment, which is the actual joke. You’ve done this. Comments. This is why I’m high → thisiswhyimhigh.com

PAR-003 — The Replay

Hooks Script Caption
The Replay: reviewing one entirely normal sentence you said forty minutes ago, at frame-by-frame resolution, forever. It was the correct response. Nobody else remembers it. You will remember it in 2031. What’s yours? Comments. This is why I’m high → thisiswhyimhigh.com

PAR-004 — The Fridge

Hooks Script Caption
The Fridge: a normal household appliance makes its normal household noise and you develop a theory. It has been the fridge every night of your life. Tonight it’s a situation. What’s the noise in your house? Comments. This is why I’m high → thisiswhyimhigh.com

PAR-005 — The Permanent

Hooks Script Caption
The Permanent: the total conviction that this specific one is not going to wear off, and the promises you make to a ceiling about it. It has a duration. It’s running. You’re at the loudest part of it. This is the most common thought in cannabis and almost nobody says it out loud. Say it out loud. Comments. This is why I’m high → thisiswhyimhigh.com

PAR-006 — The Retirement

Hooks Script Caption
The Retirement: quitting, and then bringing it up four times a day, still in the shirt, still in the group chat. The habit was never the load-bearing part. The identity was. Day two of what? Comments. This is why I’m high → thisiswhyimhigh.com

PAR-007 — The Alibi

Hooks Script Caption
The Alibi: you’ve been standing still for six minutes, so you start talking to the pet, because that retroactively makes it a plan. The cat has not agreed to this. Send this to whoever you do this in front of. This is why I’m high → thisiswhyimhigh.com

PAR-008 — What Is Actually Happening

Hooks Script Caption
Seven episodes of naming the feeling. Here’s the part underneath it. None of it is a character flaw. Cannabis isn’t one input — research associates different dominant terpenes with different profiles, and nearly half of all cannabis is led by the same one. That’s a pattern, not a prescription; your chemistry gets a vote. But if the same thing keeps happening to you, it’s worth knowing whether the same thing keeps being in the jar. Look up the one that did it → thisiswhyimhigh.com This is why I’m high.

Pack Notes

Run PAR-008 last and only after at least five of the comedy episodes have posted. It is written for an audience that has already recognised itself. Posted cold it is just another explainer, and the suppression risk on education grammar applies to it in full.
