What This Pipeline Is

Professor High social videos use OpenMontage as the local video production workbench and the existing Social Content Pipeline as the draft-generation system. The rule stays simple: generate scripts, captions, media, and renders as drafts first. Nothing posts externally until a human approves it. Use this page when a show page, calendar slot, or social strategy document needs to become an actual TikTok, Reel, Short, app demo, or long-form cut.

Current Capability Baseline

Local OpenMontage preflight on June 27, 2026 confirms the core production stack is available: Because Remotion and HyperFrames are both available, pick the render runtime before production starts. Use Remotion when deterministic layout, captions, and branded motion graphics matter most. Use HyperFrames when faster compositing or OpenMontage-native post work is the better fit.

Pipeline Mapping

From Show Page To Draft Render

1

Pick the source

Start from a show page, calendar slot, strain, blog article, report, app feature, or custom topic.
2

Generate the editorial draft

Use the Social Content Pipeline, /social-content skill, or manual drafting to create the script, caption, platform target, CTA, and visual notes.
3

Choose the OpenMontage path

Map the brief to animated-explainer, screen-demo, clip-factory, documentary-montage, or the existing Trigger.dev strain-video path.
4

Confirm runtime and provider risk

Choose Remotion or HyperFrames. For any paid or API-backed generation, note the provider, model/path, expected cost range, and whether the run is a sample or batch.
5

Render a sample first

Generate a short draft render before a full batch. Save outputs under OpenMontage projects/, not inside the TiwiH repo.
6

Verify and queue for review

Check the render with FFprobe and sample frames, then save captions, thumbnails, and review notes into the draft queue or social docs when requested.

Draft-First Guardrails

  • Do not post to TikTok, Instagram, X/Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, or any external channel without explicit approval.
  • Do not expose API keys, tokens, private user content, or raw .env values in scripts, docs, logs, prompts, or generated assets.
  • Generate one sample before running a paid batch.
  • Keep source-of-truth strategy in the Social docs and social-content/; keep generated video assets in OpenMontage project folders.
  • For user-submitted receipts, stash content, or reports, remove personal/private details before any reusable sample is saved.
