Show concept: High IQ Test. Character and shot rules: Production Spec. Numbers: Verified Data Sheet.
Two education-grammar rules apply to every episode in this pack, from the teardowns:
  1. State the conclusion first. The creator who opened with the answer beat a PhD on the identical topic — 16.9% vs 9.2% like rate. Do not build to the finding; lead with it and spend the rest earning it.
  2. Put the citation on screen. Both top cannabis educators show the actual paper — it converts an assertion into evidence in one frame. Any beat making a research claim carries a small persistent lower-third card: Author et al., Journal Year. See Citation cards.
Every episode ends on the catchphrase. “This is why I’m high.” The line is the domain, so the sign-off does the funnel work with no “link in bio.” Delivered flat and sincere, never explained, never in the first three seconds. See The Funnel.

Pack Summary

Recurring assets: clipboard graphic, four lettered answer cards, 7-second countdown overlay, timer tick stinger, “High IQ Regulars” closing card.
Never reveal the answer in the video. The correct answer is pinned as a comment the next morning. That is the entire return mechanic. Breaking it once trains the audience not to come back.

Production Batch Notes

  • This is the cheapest show in the library. One character generation, one clipboard graphic, four cards, a countdown. Batch all five in a single session and schedule them across a week.
  • Hold the countdown at exactly 7 seconds, silent except the tick. The temptation to fill that silence with voiceover is strong and wrong — the pause is what converts a scroller into a participant.
  • Pin the answer every single morning without fail. One missed pin and the return mechanic is dead; the audience learns the promise is unreliable.
  • Harvest wrong answers from the comments. Each recurring wrong answer is a free explainer episode with a built-in audience that already cares about being right.
  • HIQ-005 is engineered for a comment fight. Expect people to argue. Do not argue back before the pin — let the debate run overnight, because the debate is the distribution.
