Why This Pack Exists

The single most transferable finding in the teardowns, and the one we were doing nothing with:
The format did not go mainstream from inside the community. It broke when an outsider posted a confession: “I actually feel so stupid right now… This whole time I thought she was a professional gardener and that she had an acre of land.” That video outperformed every in-community video combined. The code being cracked is more viral than the code itself. The outsider-confession mechanic transfers regardless of code. Anything the audience has to decode — a running joke, a recurring character, an in-group reference — gets its biggest video from the person explaining it to everyone else.
7.7M plays and 661K likes in 19 days, from a video whose entire content is “I had this wrong.”

What Actually Travels

The confession is not that the outsider was stupid. It is that the thing was misleading.Every episode here lands on the same beat: the person was reasoning correctly from the information they were given, and the information was bad. That is why it plays as a confession rather than a dunk — and it is also, precisely, our product thesis.

The Character

The Outsider is new and needs a locked Cantina character. Design brief: bright, tidy, entirely sincere, dressed like they have never been in a dispensary. Silhouette must contrast hard with the Maximizer and the Old Head — upright where they slouch.
Professor High is barely in this pack. He appears at the end, says one or two lines, and gets out. If he takes over, the mechanic dies — the whole finding is that the outsider’s voice is the one that travels.

OUT-001 — “I Thought Those Were Chemicals”

Hooks Script Caption
“I thought there was an indica molecule.” She was reasoning correctly from what she was told. Everyone does say those words like they mean something chemical. Nobody corrects it because nobody wants to be the one asking. The terpene panel is the part that’s real. What did you have wrong for years? Comments. This is why I’m high → thisiswhyimhigh.com

OUT-002 — “I Thought The Percentage Was The Price”

Hooks Script Caption
“I thought 22% was a D.” It’s a number on a shelf with no units and no context. The average strain is 20.5%. Fewer than 1 in 200 reaches 30%. She wasn’t further from the truth than the people who “knew” — she was closer. What did you assume that number meant? Comments. This is why I’m high → thisiswhyimhigh.com

OUT-003 — “I Thought Someone Was In Charge Of The Names”

Hooks Script Caption
“I assumed there was a body. Like a kennel club.” There isn’t. Two jars with the identical name can have nothing chemically in common, and that’s entirely normal. The name is the only part of the label nobody has to prove. The panel underneath it is the part that’s testable. Save this before your next visit. This is why I’m high → thisiswhyimhigh.com

OUT-004 — “I Thought He Was A Real Professor”

Hooks Script Caption
“I followed for four months and I genuinely thought he was a real professor. Because the numbers were right. I checked one.” The numbers are still right. That was always the part that mattered. I am a pineapple. This is why I’m high → thisiswhyimhigh.com

OUT-005 — “I Have Been Saying It Wrong Out Loud”

Hooks Script Caption
Two years of saying it wrong, out loud, to professionals. Nobody corrected her — because almost nobody says it out loud either. Caryophyllene leads about 1 in 7 strains. It’s the third most common dominant terpene in cannabis and the least spoken. Which one do you avoid saying? Comments. This is why I’m high → thisiswhyimhigh.com

Pack Notes

OUT-004 is the highest-variance script in the entire slate. Applying the decode mechanic to our own character is exactly what the research points at — the biggest video in the “gardening” lineage was the outsider explaining the in-joke — and it is also the one episode that risks puncturing the character. The mitigation is in the prompt and it is not optional: Professor High does not acknowledge the bit. He confirms he is a pineapple with the same flatness he uses for a terpene percentage. If he winks, we lose the character; if he stays flat, the confession lands and the character survives intact.
