Why This Pack Exists

Pattern 2 in the teardowns is the single largest engagement gap we have measured:
Coin a taxonomy people can claim. “Astronaut vs. space cadet” (9.0M) and named archetypes like “Kyler” turn viewers into commenters. Videos with a claimable label ran 3,900-16,900 comments. Videos without ran 52-370.
That is a two-order-of-magnitude difference produced by one writing decision. We have exactly one label — Chaser or Reader — and no episode that properly establishes it.

What Makes A Label Claimable

A working taxonomy is binary, self-flattering in both directions, and instantly self-diagnosable. If one side is obviously the loser, nobody claims it and the comments die. If it takes thought, the viewer scrolls before deciding.

The Eight Axes

The Structure

Under 20 seconds. Cold open on two people doing the same task in opposite ways, Professor High names both types with equal respect, and the question is the last thing said.
Professor High never says which one is correct. The moment he picks a side, half the audience stops claiming and the comment engine stalls. He is a taxonomist, not a judge — he names the species, he does not rank them.

TAX-001 — Chaser or Reader

Hooks Script Caption
Chasers buy the number. Readers buy the panel. Both have a nice evening. Only one of them can repeat it on purpose. Chaser or Reader? No fence-sitting. This is why I’m high → thisiswhyimhigh.com

TAX-002 — Grazer or Sprinter

Hooks Script Caption
Grazers spread it out and stay in a narrow band. Sprinters front-load and ride the curve down. Both are strategies. Only one of them has a plan for nine o’clock. Grazer or Sprinter? Comments. This is why I’m high → thisiswhyimhigh.com

TAX-003 — Loyalist or Tourist

Hooks Script Caption
Loyalists have one data point and forty repetitions of it. Tourists have forty data points and no repetitions. Neither has ever compared the panels — which is the only thing that would turn either habit into knowledge. Loyalist or Tourist? Then go look yours up → thisiswhyimhigh.com This is why I’m high.

TAX-004 — Nose or Numbers

Hooks Script Caption
Terpenes are the aromatic compounds. When someone says they can smell a good one, they are reading the terpene panel — just slowly, and with error bars. The nose and the lab sheet are measuring the same thing. One of them writes it down. Nose or Numbers? Comments. This is why I’m high → thisiswhyimhigh.com

TAX-005 — Archivist or Amnesiac

Hooks Script Caption
“I had a really good one once. It was… green.” Archivists can repeat a good decision on purpose. Amnesiacs repeat a coin flip and call it a preference. Tracking what worked is the whole point of High IQ. Archivist or Amnesiac? This is why I’m high → thisiswhyimhigh.com

TAX-006 — Host or Guest

Hooks Script Caption
Hosts supply. Guests appear. Every group has a fixed ratio and it has never once been discussed out loud. Send this to the other one. They’ll know. This is why I’m high → thisiswhyimhigh.com

TAX-007 — Sunrise or Sunset

Hooks Script Caption
Sunrises treat it as a beginning. Sunsets treat it as a full stop. The same jar does both jobs, and nothing printed on it tells you which one it’s for. Sunrise or Sunset? Comments. This is why I’m high → thisiswhyimhigh.com

TAX-008 — The Whole Chart

Hooks Script Caption
Seven axes. 128 distinct people. Screenshot it, answer all seven, drop your string in the comments. Chaser/Reader · Grazer/Sprinter · Loyalist/Tourist · Nose/Numbers · Archivist/Amnesiac · Host/Guest · Sunrise/Sunset Mine: Reader, Grazer, Loyalist, Numbers, Archivist, Host, Sunset. Pack Notes

Run TAX-008 last. It only works once the individual axes have been established — posted cold it is a chart of terms nobody has heard. Run it after at least five of the seven have posted, and it doubles as the pack’s own recap.
One axis per episode. Never two. The temptation to bundle will be strong because each one is short. Bundling destroys the mechanic — a viewer can claim one label in a comment, but two becomes a quiz result, and quiz results do not start arguments.
