Overview
Video Reports bring your AI-generated research reports to life as narrated video presentations. Instead of reading through text sections, you can watch an AI narrator walk through your strain analysis, terpene breakdowns, effect forecasts, and spending insights in a conversational deep-dive format. Every video is personalized to your data — the strains you bought, the terpenes in your stash, and how this order compares to your history. This is not a generic strain review; it is a production made specifically for you.How It Works
Generate a Notebook
Create any notebook type (order, stash, weekly, monthly, or custom) from the Notebooks tab. The text notebook generates first via real-time streaming.
Video Generates Automatically
Once the text notebook completes, a background task begins generating your video. You can close the app — a push notification will alert you when it is ready.
Video + Story Layout
When you open a completed report, the screen is organized into two sections:- Video player (top) — Your AI-generated video deep-dive. Tap to play, tap again to go fullscreen. The video covers all the key insights from your report in a narrated, conversational format.
- Story cards (below) — The text-based section cards from your notebook. Each card covers one section (Strain Overview, Terpene Analysis, Spending Breakdown, etc.) and can be tapped to expand.
Generation Time
Video generation takes longer than text reports because it involves additional processing steps:| Report Type | Text Generation | Video Generation |

You do not need to keep the app open during video generation. A push notification will be sent when your video is ready to watch.
Video Styles
The current video style is an educational deep-dive powered by NotebookLM. It provides a conversational, podcast-style walkthrough of your report findings — like having a knowledgeable friend explain your cannabis data to you. Future video styles are planned, including cinematic visuals and animated data presentations. New styles will be added without requiring an app update.Troubleshooting

Check your internet connection and try refreshing the report screen. Video files are streamed from the cloud, so a stable connection is required. If the issue persists, try closing and reopening the app.

Video generation typically takes 2-5 minutes. If more than 10 minutes have passed and you have not received a push notification, try pulling down to refresh the report screen. The video may have completed while the status indicator was not updated.

Not all reports have videos yet. If the report was generated before the Video Reports feature launched, it will not have an associated video. You can generate a new report to get the video experience.

Ensure push notifications are enabled for High IQ in your device settings (Settings > Notifications > High IQ). Also check that notifications are enabled within the app under Account > Notifications.
Video quality is poor
Video quality is poor
Video quality adapts to your connection speed. If you are on a slow connection, the video may start at a lower resolution and improve as it buffers. For the best experience, use Wi-Fi.
