Overview

Regular notebooks capture the big moments — a dispensary visit, a monthly review. But your day-to-day cannabis use tells a story too. Daily Stories fill that gap by automatically summarizing each day’s consumption without you lifting a finger. Every morning, if you logged any activity the previous day — a session, a stash update, a label scan — High IQ generates a short story summarizing what happened. These appear on the Notebooks tab as a horizontal strip of day circles, giving you a visual week-at-a-glance journal. The idea is simple: the more you use High IQ naturally, the more your Notebooks tab becomes a complete record of your cannabis journey — big purchases analyzed in full notebooks, everyday use captured in daily stories, and everything viewable as swipeable visual experiences.

How It Works

Daily Stories are generated automatically — no action required from you.

You Use the App

Throughout the day, use High IQ as normal — log consumption sessions, add strains to your stash, scan labels, or import orders.

Stories Generate Overnight

Every morning, the system reviews your previous day’s activity and generates a personalized daily story summarizing what you consumed, key strain highlights, and any notable patterns.

Check Your Stories

Open the Notebooks tab to see the Daily Stories strip at the top of the screen. Tap any day circle to view that day’s story in the full-screen viewer.
At the top of the Notebooks screen, the Daily Featured Card highlights today’s story with a headline summarizing your most recent activity. This card updates automatically and provides a quick entry point into your daily story without scrolling.

Weekly Circle Strip

Below the featured card, a horizontal strip of 7 day circles shows your week at a glance:
  • Filled circles — Days with stories (you had activity)
  • Empty circles — Days with no consumption logged
  • Bold ring — Unviewed stories you haven’t opened yet
  • Current day — Highlighted with a distinct indicator

Daily Story Content

Each daily story includes:
  • Consumption summary — What strains you used, quantities, and methods
  • Strain highlights — Key details about the strains consumed that day
  • Terpene snapshot — Your terpene intake for the day
  • Pattern notes — How today compares to your recent activity trends
Daily Stories are a low-effort way to build a consumption journal. Even if you don’t review them daily, the data accumulates and feeds into your weekly and monthly notebooks for richer analysis.
The more consumption data you log, the more detailed your daily stories become. Logging sessions with method, dosage, and effects produces the most insightful daily recaps.
