Current availability

Daily Stories are still being developed. Their scheduler and generation task are inert, and the artifact registry has no selected Daily Story executor. Some local or staging builds can show a clearly labeled preview fixture so the design and navigation can be evaluated; no account receives an automatic every-morning service. The feature flag controls only the proposed UI surface; it cannot activate generation. A preview can show a featured card and short date strip only when it is clearly labeled as fixture data. Other builds should omit the area instead of implying that account generation occurred.

If Daily Stories appear

1

Open Notebooks

Look for the Daily Stories area near the top of the screen.
2

Check the label

Confirm whether the item is a real account story or a sample preview.
3

Open an available story

Tap the featured card or an enabled date to open the full-screen viewer.
A Daily Story may eventually include a strain spotlight, a sourced educational fact, a comparison, or a short recap. Exact content and cadence depend on the future recipe, evidence policy, and feature profile.

Safety and evidence

Daily Stories must use the same notebook artifact controls as other generated formats:
  • Versioned recipes and stable artifact identities.
  • A frozen task input plus an evidence readiness gate; Plan 090 must add a persisted immutable source snapshot.
  • Clear separation of user data, research facts, and model synthesis.
  • No unofficial provider in the launch path.
  • Independent disable, retry, and rollback controls.
Until evidence-first generation, exact executor selection, and launch certification are complete, Daily Stories remain prototype-only and unavailable for account generation.
